A Legal Reputation Built Over Centuries

Our firm traces its origins back to the 1800s and has been associated with many distinguished and highly respected lawyers for more than two centuries. In 1804, Abraham Varrick opened a law office as an agent for the Holland Land Company, working primarily in real estate law. Over the past two centuries, the law firm developed and changed partners, eventually becoming Evans, Lutz & Panzone.

In 1917, the law firm of Fuller & Brown was established and has specialized for many years in civil litigation and insurance defense in all federal and state courts. As time passed, this firm became Felt, Hubbard, Bobrow & Hallak.

In 1996, these two well-established, well-respected law firms joined forces to become Felt Evans, LLP. With the combined experience and knowledge of our attorneys, we can handle many types of legal cases, including.
